Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations:

Selected UK & NI postcodes will not be eligible to receive Next Day delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Shyzarsueclassics.co.uk .
Sale items and gifted items are non-returnable and final sale.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Final sale or clearance items.
Accessories that have been used or have signs of wear.
Return Process:

2. Approval & Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
